Gourmet restaurant hotel Le Vallon de Valrugues and spa*****

Our Gourmet Restaurant is a must for food lovers in the heart of Provence. Since spring 2014, the Restaurant Gastronomique de Valrugues boasts a new exceptional chef, Mr Thibaut Serin Moulin.

Mr Serin Moulin already has a wonderful career behind him, 3 years in the kitchens of the Plaza-Athénée in Paris (2 Michelin stars), then 5 years at the Maison PIC in Valence (3 Michelin stars). Then, he took over the running of the kitchens of a Relais & Châteaux gourmet restaurant in the region of Reins, where he was awarded his Michelin star in March 2006.

Holder of a Michelin star for 8 consecutive years now, he joined the Vallon de Valrugues as head chef on June 1, 2014.
